Refund and Return Policy

Overview

You may return most new and unopened items (excluding hazardous items – ammo, cleaning products, etc…) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc…). Certain items are not eligible for returns and they are noted on their respective product pages.

Firearms and ammunition sales are FINAL. You are responsible for determining the legality of owning firearms, ammunition, magazines, firearm accessories, etc… in your locality.

Return of other items is at our discretion and may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for return shipping. You will need to contact us to authorize a return of these items.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your card or bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
