Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Our website photos are kept as up-to-date as possible. On occasion you will receive the same product but in different packaging. This is because manufacturers are constantly updating their products and we may not have the latest image of the product shown on our website.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

In the My Account screen, you will be able to view your previous order history and sales receipts.

How can I return an item?

Please click on the Returns link at the top or bottom of the page to view our return policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If an item is shown as out of stock on our website, there is no guarantee that we will restock the product. Certain items on our website have been discontinued from the manufacturer and we are no longer able to order them.

Where can I ship my order?

In order to combat online credit card fraud, orders are shipped to the billing address listed on your card. If the order needs to be shipped to a different address, you will need to contact us before placing your order.
