THIS IS ONLY TO BE USED FOR OUTBOUND TRANSFERS (I.E. A FIREARM GOING FROM OUR LOCATION TO ANOTHER FFL)

WE DO NOT NEED TO BE NOTIFIED OF INCOMING TRANFERS. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN YOUR FIREARM ARRIVES AND IS READY TO BE PICKED UP.

Please complete all required fields in order to initiate a firearm transfer.

When checking out, use shipping option "Pickup in store". Total for shipping will be calculated in store.

Some guidance to complete the fields requested:

FIREARM MANUFACTURER (AS ENGRAVED): Enter the manufacturer's name exactly as engraved on the receiver/frame/barrel (i.e. serialized portion) of the firearm, including punctuation.

FIREARM IMPORTER (IF ANY/IF KNOWN, AS ENGRAVED): If the firearm was manufactured outside the United States, enter the importer's name exactly as engraved on the receiver/frame/barrel (i.e. serialized portion). Some imported firearms may not have this information.

FIREARM MODEL: Enter the model exactly as engraved on the receiver/frame/barrel (i.e. serialized portion) of the firearm, including punctuation.

FIREARM CALIBER (AS ENGRAVED): Enter the model exactly as engraved on the receiver/frame/barrel (i.e. serialized portion) of the firearm. For AR-15 and similar long guns, MULTI is a valid caliber, if it is engraved on the receiver.

ORDER/ITEM REFERENCE NUMBER: If sold on GunBroker, use the order or item number.

FFL NAME (ON LICENSE): Type the name of the receiving FFL licensee exactly as shown in the top section of the license. DO NOT use the licensee name shown in the Mailing Address area. 

FFL NUMBER (FORMAT: X-XX-XXXXX): Enter the first three digits, followed by the last five digits of the receiving FFL licensee.

FFL PREMISES ADDRESS (ON LICENSE): Enter the Premises Address exactly as shown in the top section of the license. DO NOT use the address shown in the Mailing Address area, unless there is a note on the license specifically saying to ship to the Mailing Address.
